A) I'm thinking gas tank strap?

B. Rudder steering assembly?

Gas tank hold down straps

Part B should be in line with the steering linkage forward of the rudder. That whole tube uses that picot point so that the tiller can have a better range of motion without binding up.

Thanks guys, does anyone have a pic showing how part B is installed?
