Possibly the greatest thing about Georgia is no 3rd required . Only a mirror is required. I cant even count how many last minute cancellations caused a no ski weekend up north. I will tell you it was a 135.00 fine for no observer in Indiana back in the early 2000s.
I'd say the lack of ice and potential year round season, but add no third required to the already large list of reasons I'm considering GA or TN when the time comes.
