Question on fiberglass repair

I have a 2006 Launch 20SSv and recently found that i have lost of cracks in the bottom of the boat. Initially they seemed like only gel coat issues, so i had a fiberglass guy come out and he said that he can flex the bottom if he pushes hard and he believes the stringers may need work.

Is this even possible without completely cutting out the inside of the boat? It is a 13 yr old boat, so i can't put 10k into it. Anyone have ideas on my options here?

Any pics?? I’ve got some gel coat cracks on the bottom of mine running lengthwise near the steps. I doubt you have a stringer issue. I think these boats are well built. Get a second opinion. If your the original owner SC warranties the hull for lifetime.
