Stereo Background Noise

I got caught in a rain storm the other evening and in the chaos did not detach the face. So the next morning the face had moisture in it but still still worked. I then detached the face to let in dry in the sun. When I reattached it I now have this white noice buzzing that I can't get rid of. It still works, just with this buzzing in the background.

Any suggestions???
