Ford PCM on LPG supra 1989

Hello all,

Need some help with my boat I just got.
On LPG the motor is running fine but after an out the motor starts running bad. Goes up and down and then falls drops.
Now we think the cooling is connected wrong.
Anyone an idea how this should look, and maybe we're I can find a manual for the motor?
Hope someone can help me.
