Bimini for a comp
At the Southern reunion this weekend I was asked about a bimini top for a comp. Here in the south the sun is brutal a bimini is a must. Here is what I did . I don't like the low top that connects to the windshield I wanted a true walk under . I cant remember where I bought it either Iboats or Ebay it was around 100-130 dollars complete . Not the best quality but the frame is good and my wife can make a sunbrella replacement when the fabric fails. This is the third season and it still is holding up fine. The dimensions I chose are 76'' wide top of gunnel to gunnel 45'' high from of gunnel when up. The rear bar is 51'' and the front bar is 52''. The canvas is 72 '' long .
