I have searched and found various information on batteries and isolators. But can't seem to get some concrete information, or at least I haven't really been able to find it.
First, I am wanting...
2006 F-150 Lariat SCrew 4x4 5.4L...Ford HD suspension in the rear, factory tow package, bigger trans cooler, etc. Other then that completely stock, tows fine both the boat or the car hauler. Oh...and...
Check out skidim.com
Go ahead and replace your impeller and serpentine belt, cheap and both tend to go bad.
The boat is in storage or I would post some pics :(
Yea...I just turn them on when I tie the transom straps on the way home.
I did something similar on mine. I went out and bought some led lights that go on a bike or something and just mounted them on top.
Like Jet said I would run at least a 1100, more is better.
Looks like you got yourself a killer boat...I live down in Birmingham and go up to Florence area every once in a while to visit the GF's family.
That's how we put my GF's dad's boat in...his 22' bass boat and Avalanche share the same parking spot :D. Five car basement garage.
Sadly...mine's only 35ish feet and my trailer doesn't have a...
I wouldn't be caught pulling the boat or car trailer with one of those. I would always be worried about it breaking down, and everytime I have driven one it always seems to be searching for gears and...
I tow with my 06 F150...5.4 and 3.73s, does fine but I don't have any big mountains between me and the lake.
Well...if no one gets the bags, I have cash in hand for em.
I did a carbon vinyl on my cluster a couple days ago...layed it on there, pulled the bubbles, and razor bladed the holes.
Maybe a couple years...who knows. Just wanting to go ahead and put one on there.
I have been looking and searching the last couple of weeks at Conbrio/TS6M pics and various towers options. With so many options, I was wondering what you guys thought both look and function the...
Doesn't the 22' trailers come with trailer brakes as well?
And a TBSS has almost 1k pounds on his 22v. For what he is going to be doing, towing the boat twice a year, it will be fine. Not...
The TBSS shares the same rotors as the GM half tons, but with Z51 pads. Braking insnt an issue.
I think I am just going to get a 750 for the rear of my Conbrio...thoughts?
Yea...go to the library on here and download the TS6M/Conbrio manual and it will explain all the dash switches on that dash.
We go to Logan Martin because it is close...put in at Clear Creek and run down to Alpine Bay.
WDE!
Little off topic...but I live right down the road from you sidetracked. I'm in Chelsea, AL.
Most dovetails are tongue heavy, due to the axles being towards the rear for clearance issues.
I was just giving the OP an option that I had experience with. I tow my buddies 24v occasionally and...
I have seen a few I/Os trying it where we ride as well...CRAZY!
The TBSS with the dovetail pulls fine...never pulled a boat with it but with the car and trailer weight loaded down should be similar. I live where there is hills and mountains on every road...never...
