Can someone help me find a aftermarket alternator for my 1989 351 Ford pleasurecraft marine engine.The original alternator is prestolite.I can't afford ski dim prices.

I have the manifold off and am going to clean it up.There is a pan of some type under the middle of the manifold with what looks like two rivets.can someone tell me what is this?

It is now cranking with selonoid change but very slow.Now the challenge to change the starter.

I replace the battery,changing out relay today and will go from their.The starter is original so I'll let you know hoe air make out.I also wondered about neutral switch.No kill switch on my 89.

I have a 1989 conbrio been in storage two years.I'm in south Alabama so it is full of antifreeze and the motor is free.I have a fair battery with a commercial charger connected to it on hi amp start...

I have the same set up as you on my 89.Has worked perfectly for 3 years.I got my instructions from vince at skidim.

I have a 1989 conbrio and if I need something mechanical I just call skidim.I have the owners manual and it is just basic how to operate the boat.I bought the service manuals and I say don't waste...

Thanks,I have that manual and find it very poor.I used a test light and volt meter and my project is complete and boat is running fine.

I could use a wiring diagram to see where the wires go at starter relay yo 50 amp breaker.I got one from tmc fourm but it is not the some as my 1989 supra conbria.A picture would work as well....

Thanks,yes supras are standard rotation and yes cc is reverse rotation.I'm installing electronic ing tomorrow,
