Did you replace the rotor when you replaced the distributor cap? Also I would check the spark plugs you put in and confirm that they are the correct ones for your motor and that the gap is correct on...

I'd be interested in the speedo's. I'm not sure what fair market would be on them, how much are you hoping to get for them?
