Some have done it back taking the wheel off and repositioning. I have personally noted how far off it was, then took the bolts loose that hold the steering cable rack in place, lift it up then turn...
On an 800.4 bridged, I was told to set the HP to approximately the 10:30 position. Not sure if that holds true on the Harpoon. As the Level not sure on that setting currently it is about the same...
I have no complaints about the bags, but I have not had a boat with hard tanks either. I do take my bags out to completely let the compartment dry out on days when there has been a lot of water...

You wont be dissappointed with seadek and they are precut. It is now the standard pad on the supra/moomba and other boats.
