The bilge pump is wired to have constant power, as long as you have your main power on (perko switch). This allows it to come on automatically when needed. I leave mine in "on" while on the water.
I would say this is the usual way to do it. Same as above[emoji115]...

I would say check your plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I overlooked this last year and found this to be the culprit.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170327/d5fea1b59189969a6d84c120d0e79f76.jpg
Most of the Launch hulls are designed to put out a nice wake. Maybe the sunsport hulls are more geared toward skiing? I know my 2007 21V puts out a rather large wake, without any added ballast.
Trailer bearings, yes, once a season seems to work. Depending on how much towing is done throughout the year. Along with your trailer lights and wiring. Just a visual. Impeller, impeller, impeller...
The big metal cylinder here in this hose. I had something like this on my I/O, but it was power steering fluid in it. I'm thinking this must be what you are referring to.

I am thinking the trans cooler is the metal tube inline on the top hose from the raw water pump at the crank.
From the hull inlet, it goes from one side of the v-drive then out the other to go to the sea water pump on the crank. That is the bottom hose. The top then curls up and goes into that distribution...
I can explain it more if you have a specific question. One of the things you can't see are that the manifolds each have a hose at the rear of the motor, that just ties in together much like the ends...

I'll check mine out this evening. Maybe I can snap some pics if I can get some lighting in it as well.
I have an '07 21V. I have had it for a year and my family loves it! My debate was between a 21 or 22. The 20 just seem compact and small compared to the other two. The floor plan of the 21 was also a...

I honestly think it's messed up to have catalyst on a recreational vehicle. They do not operate anywhere near the same as a vehicle. Just the EPA's way of generating more revenue. I deal with...

Some things you can't skimp on. Glad to know its not an arm and leg to be able to keep the ignition system in check.
I did get a factory set of wires. Fit to a T
