You have to get them "balanced" for the same reason you get your wheels balanced on your car with new tires. To eliminate vibration, to summarize. There are plenty of prop shops that offer this...

Also make sure the wires are on correctly, in the correct order that is. If it hasn't been run since the wires were changed, it's possible they're in backwards order. Do what 86 century suggested...
