Glad you got it all working. Thanks for posting your fix.
Yes, there is a calibration switch (dial). On my boat it is on the front of the trim panel down by the drivers seat. About where your knee would be sitting in the seat. It’s a remote switch that goes...
I think the surging issue is definitely tied to your Perfect Pass. I had the same thing happen on my 04'(mine didn't come out of gear though). The part I don't get is that it comes out of gear. ...
Here you go. Tried to send in PDF, but too large.

Well, its a long shot, but you might check out something like this on EBAY. https://www.ebay.com/itm/402360015879?hash=item5dae869c07:g:4VwAAOSwK-NfHHMx
Maybe you can get the part number from Supra...
It would be helpful if you listed which boat you have, make, year, engine, fuel system, etc. The DUI website has a lot of info on their marine distributors. They could probably answer all your...
After you had the recent work completed, did you try and start it before you got to the lake? You definitely need to know how to use a multimeter to check for power at the starter relay and starter....
I just watched the troubleshooting guide, and it could be a weak/missing, broken or sticking throttle return spring. Good luck.
[QUOTE=SWELLWakesurf;139232]Hi guys, new member here and first post, we purchased a 2005 Supra Launch 21V for our winter project boat and will be filming youtube videos and stuff as we tackle...
I know the advantage of dual batteries as I just installed them this summer on my boat. I did not wire in an ACR, I just have a dual battery charger that I plug in when I get home. I have a Perko...
When/where did you get your boat? What color is it?
When you first turn the key on, but before starting the engine, does the actuator tighten up the cable? If its not doing that, then there may be something wrong with the actuator.
I had a bad wire connection on the back of the display. Are you getting a speed reading from the perfect pass when you are moving?
I had a bad wire connection on the back of the display. Are you...
Its just stuck. There is a male/female pilot fit between the two. Apply a little penetrating oil and tap on it easy to break it loose.
You can pick up a cheap fuel pressure gauge with a schrader valve fitting and check your fuel pressure while your running. That way you don't replace a good pump.
Fuel pressure on a TBI system is...
Looks like you found a good solution. Did you figure out what the #4 bump was in the pics?
Wow, he's not wasting any time is he. The pics are kinda small, but it looks like a lot of rotten wood. It'll be like new when you get it back.
No idea which line is which on 1 & 2. You'll have to trace one back to the fuel pump. Number 3 is the sending unit. Number 4, not a clue. You could disconnect the fuel line coming out of the pump,...
What year/make boat? Carb, TBI or MPI engine? Indmar or PCM?
First guess would be fuel related. If its not sputtering or backfiring I wouldn't think ignition. Not sure what's going on with your...
Thanks for letting us know what you found. So many posts where people ask for help, find the fix for their boat and never say what they found.
I've never seen a system that had a circuit breaker and in-line fuses unless someone added it afterwards. I would check power going to each switch to see if its getting there first from the panel. ...
Just curious, where are they made?
Sounds good. Please post some pics when you're done.
Can you have someone ride with you the next time you take it out? They can drive and you can look at the carb whiles its under load and see if the secondaries are opening and if it is getting fuel....
