Found it. Believe it or not it was my ground cable end . It was corroded enough that sometimes it would make or not make enough contact...

Yes. I have pulled it out and checked the ohms also and everything checks out

I have had some issues with the ignition. Have power on all 3 wires as I turn the key, but the gauges wont come on and the boat will not even think about starting... the last time this happened...
