I thought about the door as well. But where I put it I think it is out of the way and easy to access. I would only do the door if I wanted to locate it so that you can get to it from the cockpit area...

    Battery Relocation 24 Launch SSV

I have been frustrated with my battery location since I bought this boat. They take up valuable space, are very hard to install and remove and create a wiring mess in a very used locker which causes...

    Windshield rubber trim

Does anyone know where I can get some windshield rubber trim? This is for a 2005 24SSV. I imagine most models use the same type of windshield. Mine is missing on the hinged window section.
  6. Heater runs fine on low, blows breaker on high after a few min.

Anyone have this issue? What is the PN for the blowers on 2005 24SSV Launch or similar year/model? Maybe mine was replaced with wrong one? The blower sounds fine and blows air fine. But on high after...

I never run them completely dead. Only to the point of "distortion" due to what I assume is low power then run the boat. But once I get to that point it could take hours to re-charge.

    High Output Alternators

What are you all using? My 100A unit takes too long to re-charge the batteries and isn't enough to keep the charge up while boarding and blasting the stereo. I have the HO 8100 engine.

Thanks, I will look into the hoses. I have tried blowing and "drawing" or siphoning and that has helped get it started. So definitely an air in the circuit issue.

Thanks for the insight. The pump definitely turns on. I also read that orienting them horizontal can help. I have spare pumps though just in case.
