Welcome back!
That red one in Denver looks good.
Good idea.
Boat got beat up while docked this weekend
Cosmetic hull damage. Rub rail damaged.
How bad is this? Worth claiming on insurance? I've got $375 deductible?
Looks great, a twin to mine.
I bought a Sunsport last year for the reasons you list. Been very happy with the size and configuration of the boat.
I'm not sure about either of the ones you listed. I don't see any info on the...
Sent you a PM.
Price seems way high.
Also note that is a wood stringer boat not Kevlar as seller states.
Floor replaced but no stringer work. I would check that very carefully.
Just getting back to this now. Had planned on dealing with it over the winter but we had a bunch of water damage to our house.
Still battling Safeco on the claim.
Anyway, I had to cut off the...
This is one of the best deals I've seen in a while.

Very cool.
I like them stock, but period mods are always cool to see.
Nice combo.
What kit is on the M3?
I posted that one because I knew there are a couple M3 owners on here.
Winterized.

Looks Cherry - Congrats!
Nice choice, it looks great. :D
Agreed. I'd be all over that if I didn't already have one.
I'd go back to the original decals, otherwise it looks very good.
Interesting, that is the hinge pin that is missing.
The hinge is a part of the frame so isn't serviced independently.
That wouldn't be a machine shop item. You could probably find the right...
Can you take a pic of where the missing piece would go?
My boat also has the hinged glass "door" for access to the bow. It doesn't have a pin but a butterfly latch to attach the non hinged side...
My boat had the stringers and floors replaced before I bought it.
Shop in CA did the job for around $7k.
I've read of shops charging as little as $4k and as high as $10k.
Lot of hours to do...

Nice work. You got to a act quickly with a short season.
Thanks, that makes me feel better.
I'm going to button it up tonight.
Good info on the PVC elbow. I'll look into replacing with brass.
Where do you buy brass fittings?
It looks like the stuffing box is from Glenwood Marine.
...
My stuffing box is leaking a bit. I'm getting a drip every couple seconds when stopped.
I've read how to tighten and repack them. Seems straight forward.
My issue is that the stuffing box...
