25 1/2 H
23 1/2 D
14 1/2 W at top tapering down to about 12” at the bottom
The seat bottom is roughly 13 x 13

This was included with the Nautique I bought but I have no use for it. Not sure what year or anything that it would fit, best offer takes it.
