Default From Winter storage to detail shop

Supra @ Cdga Marine 001.jpg485699_265298153567171_191987520898235_501591_1582915394_n.jpg427849_265298786900441_191987520898235_501593_786942949_n.jpgSupra @ Cdga Marine 006.jpgSupra @ Cdga Marine 007.jpgThe Supra went right from winter storage to the detail shop a couple of weeks ago & stopped in to check on her. I had the sides (above the rub rail also), transom, and just below the windshield wet sanded & buffed, replace all the strips on the side. The sides are almost complete, just a couple of spots to finish up, & the transom will be starting later today. They already have the strips just waiting on the "wave" and the lettering for "Supra" to be put on over the stripes. Also waiting on the new lettering for the registration. That blue literary "pops" big time. Here are some before & during. Anybody around Canandaigua NY area?

    Looking great!

MoeS -- You can either take it to a shop (which is very easy!) or you can get the 3M pin-stripe removal wheel and spend some time on it. It's like a giant spinning pencil eraser and will eat those things right off without damaging your paint.

I used a heat gun then 3m good gone.

Realy easy once you get the hang of it. The differnce in the color of the gel coat is a biger deal.

Just got the Conbrio back from the detail shop & dropped off at the marina for the season. I think the boys at Canandaigua Marine (NY) did a fantastic job. Can't wait to see it in the water.New Supra Strips.jpgSupra arrived for 2012.jpgSupra arrived for 2012 IV.jpg
