this is one of those posts where you get some excellent Customer Service from a company, you just want to tell the entire world.
Todays master of service is Jim Thelen of Acme Props.
Couple weeks ago, ran the boat aground and did a pretty good number on the prop.
Acme makes it easy to get the prop back to them and will get the prop back to you quickly and in new condition.
If the prop is beyond repair, they will immediately let you know and guide you thru several options.
They just bend over backwards to make their customers happy.
I like that.
