    Default New boat need suggestions

Just bought a 94 ski supra comp, the boat is set up for skiing ( no wake at all ) Does anyone have any suggestions about what I should use as far as weight distribution, how much weight to be added balast, anything would be appreciated. One problem I have with adjusting the wake plate up is the boat wants to rock up and down when I have planed out. Do I need more weight under the bow?

I've got an '89 Comp, basically the same boat. I run a pair of Fly High sacs on each side of the motor. Pull the sacs as far back as possible. I also use a block sac to compensate for side to side weight distribution. I put links below to the sacs I use. You can't beat the Fly High Pro X Series sacs. I highly recommend them. Also, adjust your wakeplate up.

I just bought two of these for my Outback to weight it down for wakesurfing:

I have a 90 comp and I only use one 400# sac in the floor behind the engine box. It helps, but I am thinking of going to two side sacs myself. I just wonder how bad water will come in when the boat sits that low. I took my wake plate off last year and the boat rocked real bad when the rider went off to the side. Not cool. Didn't change the wake much either.
