we have a 2002 ssv and need the dim for the center of gravity from the nose to center for lifting on a doozie lift in order to have equal tension on the cables---in an earlier message my wife and pal thought the boat would tip ---will not happen but we need the dimension in order to place the boat properly---please advise---jim and sharon, claytor lake, va.

For a rough guide on lining up the center point on weight look at where your axles are on your trailer. That should be close to balanced on weight. Most v drives have a similiar weight distribution...so if your lift installer has put any others in hopefully he can use that experience as a good reference. Good Luck
