The wake is looking good too, what are you running for ballast?
For those pics, it was a little more than I usually run, because I had to pick up some people at another boat and bring them back to dock. It was about 300lbs in rock bags between the front and rear, about 400-500 lbs total divided up on either side of the motor, and 9 people in the boat.

Usually I'll run the 300 lb of rock bags, and 600 pounds divided up on either side of the motor.

Perfect day on the water last Saturday only boat on the water pretty much from 5:30am-10:00am. Got some good boarding in and then had the wives and kiddos out for some tubing and just swimming off the platform. Water was great as well!

It is absolutely gorgeous! There are 2 good ones here that we hit all the time. This one gets a little choppy when it's windy sometimes. You wouldn't be out in-it all the time though because the water is REALLY cold until about mid-june.
Last weekend was the first time I rode without my wetsuit on, and it was still a little chilly.
Would love to have some of you guys come-up and hang out with us, but all of you guys are a LONG way from us.
Here's one of the lake we took with the wide-angle lense:

    Kevin, thanks bud!

We have been having more fun each time we go out. Mainly because the boat has been breaking-down less and less as I get all the kinks worked-out on her. (Just replaced my battery cables with some 1-gauge welding cable so that has cured my no-start-when-hot issue.) The kids are getting more used to being on the water so that helps a lot too. My endurance while boarding is getting better... etc...

There have been a few days when my sense of humor has been tested though. Kinda frustrating to pull the thing all the way to the lake just to have it break-down on you.
I just have to keep reminding myself what I paid for the boat and what kind of condition it was in when I started so I don't get too discouraged.

Hope everyone has been having lots of fun so far this season! Hope to hit the water again this weekend and get some more time on the board. I would really love to do some progressing and stick some fun tricks this season!
