    Default swim platform underwater

Is the swim platform supposed to be underwater when not underway?

    What boat?
Ours does not, but depends on where you have weight distributed.
Some pics, their boats practically lay on the side because of the batteries for their stereo...

on my 87 comp with nobody/no weight in it, the platform's bottom edge is right at the water. With a bunch of people/ballast in it, the platform is just a bit submerged at rest. Most other boats seem to ride higher than the comp, though.

Depends on the boat and how much gas you have in the tank. Mine sits almost even with the water with a full tank of gas and a cooler full of beer.

Only with people in the boat. At rest, with full tanks, it's still well above the water line. This is a Saltare.

On my Comp, the platform was right at the water line on the bottom of the platform. The Mariah was the same way.
