These would be an AWESOME upgrade to anyone with factory 6.5s in their tower. They'll bolt right in and give you HLCDs. I love mine.

Would my factory 640 (320x2) watt 4 channel Kenwood (KAC8401) amp have enough power to run these?

It's 4 speakers -- 2 mids and 2 horns. I think 320x2 (assuming it's 4 ohms peak) would work fine for these. They are rated for 400w peak.
Note that the 4 speakers when wired together are 4 ohms per side.
