    Default Both Boats Broken into!!!

What a crock of crap this was... Back on December 22 of 2011, both of my boats were broken into and all electronics were ripped off. The old dash panels in my supra were destroyed amps, speakers, sub, and even engine parts were ganked! The owens just had the convertible sliced up and the system ripped off in that as well. The only vindication is that I know who it was and he has a lot more to answer for than just this... drug dealing, distribution, etc. A huge insurance claim and a few months later. They are both back together and better than ever.

The other new things that have occurred; my second son Sam just turned a year old on the 6th of sept. and Jack is 3 1/2 and just started school! And I started my own business early this year! Things are good, and it is good to be back.

I took the opportunity to install all new momo design polk competition speakers and 1000w 12 in sub, an Alpine cda 9883 smart head deck with 3 preouts and an alpine 1200w 5 channel digital amp, a kca 620m usb smart box for blue tooth, 5.1 dolby conversion, and communication with usb compatible devices. I had to fabricate a complete dash set... I made it out of 5250 aircraft aluminum and brushed the finish to match the momo steering wheel. 5250 is a hi grade alloy that is stainless. Basically, I stoll the idea from the go-fast boat industry. I looks totally stock and timeless. Pics are soon coming.

Terrible story but a happy ending! Can't wait to see the dash.

The pics don't do it justice...

But what an improvement... the old polycarbonate dash panels were chipped and cracked and dated.

Hey Mikey, I finally got the sub I always wanted...

Thank God for momo dealers in southern California... And believe me when I say that this is one of the most precise and jaw-dropping systems I have heard.

I got the engine put back together... I was more pissed about the carb than I was about the alternator.
I would be lying if I said I didn't have fun putting it back together though...

Welcome back, Jack! Good to see she is back together, that sucks about the damage- but she looks great!

Man I hate that we work so hard to have nice things and thieves feel that they can just take whatever they want. I can't stand a thief. Hate that your stuff was disrespected. Glad to hear that you have recovered. Karma will take care of whoever did this to you!
