Boat wouldn't start after running beautifully the day before. Lots of use means lots of condensation, which may be contributing to the problem. Both low and high pressure fuel pumps are not energizing when turning on the ignition. Any idea why?

Have you checked the fuel pressure
Find the relys do a little testing

No fuel pressure because the pumps aren't energizing. The manual says they should still energize for at least two seconds if no oil pressure detected (motor turning over).
Test for power and ground at the pumps then go up stream in the circuit from there.
The computer is generally the ground for the relays
If possible post the fuel system wiring diagram or a link to where I can see it that would help me help you better.

I found a diagram online for what I think is your system.
There are two circuit breakers along with two fuses that could cause the pumps to not run.
