Nice boat (and truck too!). I'm not really sure what to suggest for winter projects other than it looks like you have a spot on the doghouse that needs to be repaired. And you could consider a tower mount arm for the mirror. It's much better than mounting it on the windshield frame. Congrats on your new purchase. Since it's about winter time you can simply entertain us with more pics.

Yeah I plan on getting some of the upholstery replaced/ repaired. The front seats are pretty bad. I did think all the seats neaded upholstered but with a few magic erasers, a bottle of me clean, and a few hours of work I made them look clean as new. Just nothing I can do about some of the stitchings
