folding trailer hitch

question, the swing a way trailer hitch on my boatmate trailer swings to the starboard side. does anyone know if it can be reversed and made to fold to the port side.

reason asking is i am having a problem getting it folded at the angle it is sitting in the garage.

really just need a bigger garage, but that will have to wait.

You should be able to just switch the bolt to the other side.

Okay, I emailed boatmate and was told that they made two different types of folding hitch and that the one I have and most of the 05's you cannot switch due to bushings that are in the side that folds.

Oh well out of luck.
