Default What to do on a snowy day? Make sausage for the first time of course!

Been gathering the equipment for a few months. I make a LOT of home made bread, wanted to
    try sausage!

5 lbs of Bratwurst links, 5 lbs of Hot Italian links, 5 lbs of Hot breakfast sausages (not link)

Took a while! But they are pretty good - used LEM pre-packaged seasonings.

Wow, that's impressive! Cooking is another hobby of mine too. I bet every bit of that was tasty!

If you get a chance try anduille sausage, otherwise known as cajun sausage. I make mine out of elk and the stuff is fantastic. I also smoke it for 2hrs.

Nice! A grinder is something I want, with a long term goal of sausage making.
