    Default Transmission alignment

I just got my transmission back from the shop. Turns out I blew up my 2 reverse clutch plates. Had a new seal kit put in, new clutch plates and checked all the clearances on everything else. I hope I can get another 700 hours out of it. I am about to put the transmission back in and am wondering what tricks you guys might have for proper alignment.
