Surf rack turns

I just ordered a double wakesurf rack from krypt on eBay and I ordered 1 and 5/8" which I'm pretty sure is the size of my tower 2000 supra launch rad-a-cage tower. Anyways I installed it with the thickest rubber inster they sent and it still turns. Any suggestions on how to make it work？ Before I email them that is my tower diamiter right?

I had this problem on a big air tower if they sent some extra inserts trim the sides so you can put the next size down in the clamp as well should fix it

Ok thanks so much. I was getting so aggravated earlier trying to make it work. I knew something wasn't right

You can also take an old bicycle inner tube and make some additional "shims." Rubber cement will double those things up forever.
