emergency shut off switch

Where is the emergency shut off switch located? I try to put the old girl in gear and it dies. It is a 94 comp with the 5.8 HO EFI.

I don't believe there is one and if there is it wouldn't start if it was tripped. Kind of sounds like a fuel problem to me. Sounds like it'll handle idle but as soon as you put a load on the engine, it starves.
