Correct on all counts about the Sunsport, that's the boat we traded when we bought the 242. It was what got us started on our Supra thing. My then girlfriend, now wife bought it with my help and we really enjoyed it. It is in nice shape for sure but does have the soft spot in the floor. Though thee was no obvious problems with the stringers, loose mounts etc, I assumed it was going to need the typical repairs once I pulled the floors to repair them. I was actually looking forward to doing that work and was going to do underfloor ballast at the same time. The we got to talking about new boats, sea trialed some, surfed behind some............... We really really really like our 242
