    Default V-drive drain plugs

Winterizing my 2006 21v and am having trouble with the v-drive drain plugs. I got the rear out, but the front isn't coming. Is it necessary to remove both or is the rear adequate. If it's one large compartment, the rear drain plug sits slightly lower than the front, so maybe removal of both is not necessary. They have definitely never been out of the boat before today.

You're fine. Just blow air through or dump some antifreeze in the intake of the vdrive.
