I am having the calendars printed and the cost will be $16.00 shipped. I can handle Paypal or check in the mail, whichever is most convenient for you.

1. Your Forum Member Name
2. Your full name and address that you want the calendar(s) shipped to
3. The quantity that you want


As soon as I get payment from everyone I will ship in the first two weeks of December. (This will keep the cost of the calendars low)

OK members, If you placed an order for a 2014 Supra Forum Calendar (And sent me payment), I ordered your calendars and they are being printed now. In order to save on cost I ordered 10 extra. The only difference now is you can get your calendars for $16.00 but you will have to pay shipping cost as well. I have not got a shipping quote yet so if you want one, you will have to send me an email reserving how ever many you need until the 10 I have left are gone. I will have to get you a shipping quote and total for your order after I receive the extras. So shoot me an email if you want to order a 2014 calendar.
