Our problem is all the lakes are low. I mean really low. When I put the boat in using the only boat ramp that still reaches the water on lake Grapevine, the boat drag the truck down the steep ramp with all 4 tires locked. We need rain!
They prolly just haven't filled the lake to summer pool yet. On Ky lake at the Inlaws boat dock I can ride my 4wheeler or rhino about halfway through the cove where I usually board at. Lol.

Got the boat back last week from the shop and had to drop her in. Had them do a new interior as well as a new cover. It's like having a new boat!

This was Squam Lake in NH yesterday. Going to be a while for us, the ice is absolutely solid, and there's really no visible open water anywhere.

Still 24" on my lake. I won't be in the water for a month. What makes it worse is its in the 80s where I live.

Ice just melted here. Took the shrink wrap off this weekend, started gel coating, wet sanding, buffing and polishing. One more day of hard work on the boat and some liquid courage to push the dock and lift in and I'll be set to go!

That was April 5, it hasn't been warm enough to melt all that in the last 2 weeks, and I woke up to 2" of fresh snow this morning.
