There are them's that have, and them's that will. Join the club. That damage doesn't look bad at all. I'd say take/send it to good prop shop and have it placed back to perfect, and forgive yourself. That's the point of Nibral, it forgives you too. If you want to use the boat while you wait for your prop, get another one, then you'll have two. Otherwise, don't sweat it. You'll be forever more careful now, but still it can happen.
Myself, I have a spare and a prop puller, lucky me it came with the boat. A couple years back, though, I lightly tagged a rock my #1; had it fixed and put it back on. I like the way it feels compared to the #2. Or maybe it's my imagination; either way, it's as good as new.
By the way, the bottom of that boat looks like a mirror.
