    Default 1989 supra steering cable

    I have a 1989 supra steering is getting harder to turn how hard is it to replace or grease the cable? how does it disconnect from both ends?

    I don't think there is a way to grease it. Replacement is only hard due to the locations you have to work in.

    I looked for a grease zerk couldn't find one so i put one in back by the ruder end, shot some penetrating oil in it and pumped it with a grease gun, made a world of diff, now i can turn the wheel with one finger

    There should be a zerk on the end that hooks to the tilt tube . That the only one it has . Besides the helm gear
