    Default Super Trap repair frequency

This is my third summer with my 1987 Supra SunSport. 3 seasons ago I took off the super traps and resealed them with 3M 4200. I am just wondering if I should be sealing them again anytime soon?

I'd inspect them. My feeling is that as long as all of the screws are still tight and the sealant visually appears to be good, you should be good. The 4200 is a lot better than what the factory used and hopefully you cleaned and prepped the surface correctly before you re-installed them.

MAKE SURE you not only seal the flange, but seal the connection where the two pipes join, one inside the other. THAT'S where the problems all started.
