Missing at high and low speed

I know this question has been asked after serving a few times this weekend the boat started missing out when we would pull the server up. Then later at high speeds it was missing pretty significantly mostly when it was warm. Its probably on the forum somewhere already but I'm using Tapatalk and don't really have a good Search feature, so, can somebody tell me where my fuel filter is on my 24 SSV year model 2005?
Also, I assume this boat isn't an electronic ignition? I see a distributor cap and must assume that to be the problem as well.

Does anybody know the best first thing to look at?

On our 04, it is on the starboard side in the v-drive. Follow the fuel hose to the engine. I don't have to pull the floor up in mine to get access to it.

Could that fuel filter be any nastier? I'm pretty sure that's what fixed the problem.
