Screws for swim platform bracket ripped through transom 05 21v

So over the weekend, I had the top bolts rip out of the transom of the boat as shown in the attached picture. Has anyone had this happen before? I tried looking at the backside but it seems to be under the floor so I am afraid the floor has to be cut out in the back? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Wow I can't believe you have that problem on a 05. I would repair the transom damage then get behind it with a piece of wood that was glassed. Then drill use stainless nuts and bolts with large fender washers. It'll never happen again.

What he said. I had this happen on my 07 the first summer that we had the boat.
