I love this cable...it plugs into your iphone 5 and then has a plug for hdmi and another to charge your phone at the same time. I hook my phone to the tv to streamline.

You could use the cable listed above along with http://www.amazon.com/Composite-Conv...KJ7JP6SGQY6JHT . You could run in to some HDCP issues coming from the HDMI but its pretty cheap so might be worth a try.
