Roswell racks

I had one of my wakeboard racks break last time on the lake. The clamp that secures to the tower actually broke. The only thing that held the rack on was the 2 screws that i used (not the ones that came with it by the way). I was very lucky cause i had 2 kids riding in back seat. Has anyone ever dealt with roswell. All i see is that they have a 3 year warranty, and the racks are about 5 yrs old.
