    Should regular or premium grade gasoline be used on a 1992 Mariah?

    I would recommend 89 octane. The 87 octane in warm weather and under load, creates less burned fuel and more motor knock on the engine. The motor will run more efficeintly and will get better g.p.h. with the mid-grade gas. The newer Hi-Perf motors need the 92 octane, this will be noted in the owners manual.
