2002 Supra Launch - RE: Wake Plate Trim Hydraulic Power Unit

We just purchased a 2002 Supra Launch and the Wake Plate Trim lab doesn't work and is in the up position. The previous owner stated there was an issue with the Hydraulic Power Unit, possibly a seal?

Does anyone know anything about this and what the potential problem could be and how to fix it? Or know where we could buy a replacement Hydraulic Power Unit?

After doing a little bit of reading, it sounds like it could be low on fluid (possibly because there is a leak in the hydraulic unit).

Cheap and easy fix. Before you buy a new one, check the wiring, fuses, and fluid level. Pull it out and bench test it too.
