    Default 2014 SC350 impeller replacement

It appears one of my ballast impellers is going bad. I'm debating trying to replace them myself vs towing boat in to dealer and having them do it. I'm fairly mechanically inclined but I'm curious how difficult and time-consuming it is to do this myself.

I would think it will take longer to tow your boat to the dealer drive home , then go back and get it and bring it home. And thats if you were only 15 mins away from him. About an hour job depending how melted onto the shaft it is

What type of pump do you have? It if only has 3 screws on top then all you have to do is buy the replacement impeller and you are in business.
