    Default How big a Sack

I have a 2007 Launch 22 SSV and am looking to drop 2 large sacks in the rear.

I have the stock sacks now, but am wondering how big I can go in each side locker.

Are there sacks bigger than 750 lbs that fit nicely in the side lockers?

750's fill up to the bottom of the fiberglass lip leaving about 4 inches of space. I've been think of switching or my Surf side to a 1100.

flyhigh 1100's or sumo 900's are the popular choices.

I have the 2007 SSV 22' with 750s. Just as CornRickey says. My 750s will almost fill the compartment. Check the net on height sizes on the bags. I think the 1100s are 4-5" inches higher than 750s.

I never measured the 750s when filled. I recall the guys at WakeWakers telling me you could not fill them completely.

The price might be $50 different. For that buy the bigger one . . . never hear a guy on this sites that say they bought too big of ballast bag.

I was just on 24' with 1100s, the wake great with 4 people, with 6 it was even better.

I finally installed my 750 and 1100... Either size will fit. Just make sure you add some support braces to the the engine side dividers!
