Weight for the 2001 Launch 21 DD

Just got new motor and full upholstery for my 2001 Launch 21DD. For wakeboarding, currently filling the factory hard tank (400lbs?) and a 550lb sac on each side of the motor. I have a 350lb sac that I can throw in the ski locker if needed. Seems to be better without it. Any other advice? Haven't put more weight in the back. Thought that would do it. What about a surf wake? Thanks in advance...
