    Price seems way high.

    Also note that is a wood stringer boat not Kevlar as seller states.

    Floor replaced but no stringer work. I would check that very carefully.

    $12k-$13k is about top dollar for these boats. I would be concerned that they went almost to the stirngers but didn't bother. That's a lot of work to do a floor and cheap out on doing the stringers when they're right there. More likely the cap was no removed and the floor was just patched in or even worse laid over the old rotten floor. Looks real nice but check it over closely for shortcuts and rotten stringers. I wouldn't pay over $10k if everything checks out fine, on account of original stringers that will eventually need to be replaced.
