Default Upgrade Advice 2011 Launch 242

Looking for a little help. Noticed last night as I was cleaning up the boat that one of my amps had broken loose from its mounts. Crazy as I didn't think we really had a rough day on the lake. Anyhow, with that being the case I thought it would be a good opportunity to at least upgrade the amps. Current system consist of:
    (2) Kicker Amps
    (4) rear seating 6.5 Kicker speakers
    (4) Tower 6.5 Polk Audio speakers
    (2) front bow area 6.5 Kicker speakers
    (1) 10" (i think) Kicker subwoofer

Looking for amps that will run cooler, more efficient, and produce great sound. If I need to upgrade speakers I'm not opposed to that. I would like to come up with a better solution for the sub that will help it be more efficient.

Would love some advice from the audiophiles. Thanks in advance.

Did a little more digging today and can be a bit more specific on my current set up. Some of what I stated above was incorrect so here goes.

    Kicker ZXM700.5 running the following:
Channel 1 - (2) kicker 6.5 speakers in bow area
Channel 2 - (4) kicker 6.5 speakers in main seating area
    Sub Channel - (1) 10" Kicker Sub

    Kicker DX300.2 running the following:
Channel 1 - (2) Polk Audio MM tower speakers in Roswell Light Bar
Channel 2 - (2) Polk Audio MM tower speakers in Roswell Light Bar

A few questions and things that need addressed:
    1. One channel on the Kicker ZXM700.5 appears to be running (4) of the Kicker 6.5's. Is that okay or should these be split up?
    2. The Kicker DX300.2 is running the tower speakers. This is the amp that broke loose from its mounts. Is there a better amp that I should consider for the tower?
    3. Is the Kicker ZXM700.5 considered to be a good amp for running both the seating area speakers and the sub? Are there base line setting that I should be using for the sub on the amp?
